In November of 2020, I was introduced to Virtual Reality by DoItAll (Lords Of The Underground) and it completely changed my life. I found something that I really connected with, was extremely passionate about and truly believed in. It gave me a chance to utilize all my years of making music, touring, networking, grinding and put it all together in one place, from the confines of my home.
I’ve played live, packed out shows in VR, made new fans/friends & hosted a variety of free and ticketed events that featured legends such as Red Alert, Grandmaster Caz, Edo. G, Sadat X, Ras Kass, Large Professor & many more. I was late to Myspace, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube but for the first time, I was early to the party and that’s what really excited me. A chance to take everything I’ve learned and apply it to something that I believe will undoubtedly be the future.
With that being said, I decided to take a chance and invest in myself, my vision and what I believe in. I’d like to introduce you to VRNIGHTLIFE, a new Virtual Reality platform I am developing that I believe will be a great tool for people from all walks of life, Social VR for all. I quickly discovered, developing an app for VR is not cheap, I will probably have to wear the same clothes, drive the same car, eat tuna out of a can for the next few months but I believe it will be worth it. No Risk, No Rewards right? And hey, If it doesn’t work out and you see me working at your local supermarket bagging groceries, you'll know why :-)
There are some amazing VR Platforms out there and many more that will surface in the future. The beauty about this space is, there is room for everyone, each platform brings something unique to the table and that is amazing.
