Check out week 6 of my "A Better Me 4 Life" 8 week challenge. This week my boy Torae joined me for some dope CrossFit style workouts. I faced some adversity after suffering a knee injury and was forced to skip the traditional CrossFit Gyms, Instead I hit up New York Sports Club. I jumped on the scale for my weekly weigh in, plus my new single "A Better Me (Keep Pushing)" continues to play on Power 105.1 FM in NYC for the 6th week in a row. my goal is to go from 231 lbs to 215lbs by 12/14/15.
