I have set forth on a new 8 week fitness & nutritional journey titled "A Better Me 4 Life". This challenge will consist of eating Strict Paleo, no drinking alcohol and Crossfit workouts. This means it will ensure great results. Check out week 1 as I visit a Box in Long Island City Called Crossfit Gantry and get in some pretty cool workouts. I also run a 10k on Roosevelt Island NYC that was pretty cool too. My Goal is to go from 231lbs to 215lbs by 12/14/15.
