Paleo Banana bread is the shizznit, especially with some blueberries. This is one of my favorite healthy snacks and is super easy to make. I use almond and coconut flour to make it, check out the recipe and let me know how it works out for you.
Ingredients
3 to 4 very ripe bananas (Make sure they have a lot of brown spots)
3 eggs
1 cup of Almond Flour
1/3 cup of coconut Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of sea salt
1 dab of Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
1.5 teaspoons of Baking Soda
Blueberries
Coconut or olive oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Almond Milk (Optional)
1 teaspoon of Agave, coconut palm sugar or Raw natural honey (Optional, I think the bananas make it sweet enough)

Directions
- Pre-Heat Oven at 350
- grease your loaf pan with coconut or olive oil
- Mix the almond, coconut flour, sea salt & Nutmeg together.
- Mix the Eggs, Bananas & Vanilla Extract (I use my blender)
- Mix both wet and dry items together, add a dab of almond milk and blend till smooth & Thick
- Pour the batter into already greased loaf pan
- Add some blueberries
- Place in oven for about 40 mins.
