This works with pretty much any type of fish, the parsnip wedges are great carb substitute for regular fries or rice and Kale is just magical :-). &nbsp;<br /><br /><strong><font size="4">Ingredients</font></strong><br />1 Piece of Fish<br />A nice handful of kale<br />1 and a half pieces of Parsnip<br />Sea Salt<br />Olive oil<br />Black Pepper<br />A Pinch of Crushed Red Peppers<br /><br /><br /><font size="4"><strong>Directions</strong></font><br />1. <span>Pre-heat oven or toaster oven and set to 375, put aluminum foil on a tray and&nbsp;glaze with a little olive oil.&nbsp;&#8203;<br />2.&nbsp;Cut Parsnip into pieces that resemble french fries, season with pepper and place in oven for about 20-25 minutes 3. Place olive oil in pan, place Kale in pan, season with sea salt, black pepper and crushed red peppers then cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium.<br />4. Coat pan with a little more olive oil, make sure your fish is completely thawed out, cleaned then wrap in paper towel to soak up all the water out of the fish.<br />5. </span><span>Season fish with sea salt &amp; pepper,&nbsp;place fish in pan and cook until golden brown or about 3-4 minutes per side.<br />6.
